It suggests that if the analysis is done at different horizons namely Strategy, Initiative and Delivery the organization will get the maximum value. These horizons are interconnected via communication and feedback. The infographic below represents the 3 horizons in detail.
The analysis is iterative in nature. One horizon communicates to the other horizon with feedback and learning which gives a clear picture of the present status and helps to make an informed decision.
